Our Solution

Jianing Forging developed a custom closed-die forging process using high-grade alloy steel specifically selected for mining applications. The solution included optimized preform design to ensure complete die fill and uniform grain flow, followed by controlled heat treatment to achieve the required hardness and toughness. The forged wheels undergo 100% ultrasonic inspection and dimensional verification to guarantee compliance with OEM specifications.
